    What retard programmed this log-in screen in this way, that is, you first have to untick a pretty hidden box, to log in????.

      Awrg just nailed the problem right there, and the fact that it is still a problem after all my emails to Ubisoft just shows how bad it is over there.

    Hi there,

    when i was trying to login into uplay the very first time, i did the mistake of checking “remember password”. So every time i click the uplay icon, the starts directly and nothing happens. I dont get a chance to even click at the gear n follow the procedure you mentioned.

    How do i get around this issue ??

      You could try uninstalling uplay and reinstalling it. This might delete your games though, but you should be able to redownload the uplay games through uplay once you login.
