To see hidden Quora answers that are blurred text without signing up just hold CTRL and press A. This selects all the text and makes it visible to read.
You can also right tap the mouse anywhere on the Quora answer screen and choose SELECT ALL to view all the hidden answers on Quora.
The last option is to press Edit at the top menu bar and choose select all from the options menu. This also selects all Quora hidden answers and makes them visible.
